Dominique joined as Chief Executive of Khulisa UK in May 2016 and is committed to deepening and expanding our work rehabilitating offenders and supporting those at-risk of crime, violence and victimisation. She believes strongly in the importance of collaboration between sectors to drive meaningful and sustainable social impact.
Prior to joining Khulisa, she was Head of Partnership Development at a global NGO, Youth Business International (YBI), which supports unemployed young people to start businesses in over 40 countries. Over five years, Dominique raised tens of millions of dollars to support YBI’s work, developed livelihoods programmes and acted as an ambassador in major multi-stakeholder coalitions and summits. She remains a strong advocate for the importance of creating opportunities for all young people to find rewarding work.
Dominique started her career in the private sector at Procter & Gamble, completing the Graduate Management Programme and undertaking a number of commercial roles, latterly as a Market Strategy & Planning lead. Dominique studied at the University of Manchester and University of Cambridge with a focus on International Management & Economics and Sustainability.
